My Nephew

As promised the other day here's a picture of my gorgeous little nephew Luke. We won't see him until we go over to Canada in May but we're being kept up to date with lots of photos and videos of him. He's so small, just 6lb. His birth was pretty traumatic, the story, which i won't share here, is a great contraceptive for anyone feeling broody LOL.

As for a stitching update...ive finished the first room on Dollhouse. I'll post a picture later in the week. I'm now planning what to do for the Christmas Ornament SAL this weekend. I just joined that recently. It feels a bit weird thinking about Christmas ornaments in February but it'll be great at Christmas time when i have all these lovely ornaments. I'm going to do little, uncomplicated pieces as i dont have much free time. I'm also about to start a SAL with Jamie which im also excited about, i'll write more about that another time.

He's such a little sweetie. We recently lost a baby thru miscarriage, so think of every small life as a miracle!

Thanx for complimenting me on my cross stitching efforts.

Oh Cheryl, he's an angel! :-) I know you are anxious to see him in the flesh...

Thanks for the sweet comments on my blog... :-) I'm busy playing catch up... which I don't think I'll ever manage lol Maybe with my time off I'll get there... ;-)

I joined the Christmas Ornament SAL blog today... I've got two more days to stitch my Feb ornie for my other SAL group and here I sit! I just love a deadline crunch... lol I wonder if I can use the same ornie for both SAL's?

Off to read your other posts... :-)
